Block Party

17 08 2011

Ken Block party that is.  I’m not totally convinced of his driving skills, but the man has talent and ingenuity.  The DC guys and Ken Block continue to raise the bar with a side of crazy every time they release a new video.

The Epitome of America

12 08 2011

I think rap is America in a nutshell…at least America today.  Excessive, cocky, gluttonous and mindless.  Pretty cool idea for the video, it’s just a bit much for me.  It’s like a fried twinkie, too rich for my blood.

F1 GULF = First Born

10 08 2011

I’m not saying I would for sure…but I’d definitely strongly consider giving up my first born child for the Gulf livery McLaren F1.  Too sexy.

These Smithsonian ads were never run by the Museum itself, but instead was a school project for two Atalanta college students.  It would be pretty cool if an organization like the Smithsonian took this approach to their marketing.  I think it’s humorous ads like these that make history more interesting to the masses.  When you think history and museums, you think stuffy and stale.  These ads instantly change that image.  The power of marketing…
